In our high-tech cleanroom facility in Echt, we develop and assemble complex cable systems for leading customers in the international high-tech industry. As an Account Engineer, you are the linchpin of the process—translating customer requirements into technically feasible and manufacturable solutions.

You combine technical knowledge with sharp communication and coordination skills. You are the main point of contact for your customers and the essential link between engineering, production, quality, procurement, and planning. Thanks to your efforts, new products are introduced successfully and on time.

This is what you bring to the team

As an Account Engineer, you are expected to work in a structured and project-based way. Your commercial mindset, critical thinking, and understanding of business processes help you continuously improve internal efficiency. You are skilled at maintaining customer contact, hands-on, and eager to contribute ideas in a company that is constantly evolving.

We also require:

• A bachelor’s degree (HBO) in a technical field such as Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering

• Proven affinity with project-based work, business processes, and procedures

• Solid knowledge of MS Excel

• Affinity with production, testing, or development

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. German is a plus
