Additionally, you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or related discipline).

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the EMS sector (PCBA & System Build).

  • Strong understanding of product costing, DFMEA/FMEA, and BOM structures.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with strong ownership over assigned products.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Perform accurate cost price calculations to support project quotations and cost optimization.

  • Support component engineering tasks, including technical assessments.

  • Act as product owner, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers.

  • Manage and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Conduct initial feasibility studies, including product DFMEA, FMEA, and control plan development.

  • Coordinate feasibility studies on resource requirements with production, planning, and procurement teams.

  • Support Tactical Account Engineers during New Product Introduction (NPI) phases.

  • Ensure operational readiness and continuous improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
