What You Bring to the Team
You are precise and able to work in an environment where accuracy is of great importance. You are technically skilled, have a hands-on mentality, and are highly motivated.
We also ask for:
VMBO/MBO level in the field of Electro/Mechanical
Experience with reading technical drawings and work instructions
Good communication and writing skills in Dutch and English
Willingness to work in 2 shifts. If the situation requires, you should also be willing to work in staggered shifts or 3 shifts

Your Daily Responsibilities Include
In this role, you are responsible for mounting electronic components on PCBs. You do this based on work instructions or drawings. You ensure that preparations are made and pre-assembly is done, such as cutting, bending, and prepping the products. In addition to assembly, you are also responsible for part of the quality control. This involves checking the assembled PCBs against a work instruction. If you detect errors, you ensure they are registered.
Your tasks also include:

Manually mounting electronic components on PCBs using an assembly table;

Placing PCBs in solder molds, attaching auxiliary tools and recipes;

Inspecting and repairing the soldering process according to IPC standards;

Performing soldering tasks and assembling and disassembling PCBs according to work instructions;

Conducting a final inspection using a checklist.
