Collaboration is essential. To make an impact, the Commercial Strategy Manager works closely with colleagues across all parts of the organization. You support the Business Manager of NAA in implementing strategies and initiatives. In addition, you will have frequent contact with Finance to gather financial data for analysis. Besides being a sparring partner for the Business Manager, the Commercial Strategy Manager also collaborates with other members of the Management Team and the holding company.

To successfully fulfill this role, you possess the following consultancy skills: analysis, reporting, strategic planning, commercial proposals, and new propositions. You are also highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint and capable of independently managing and following up on projects. Furthermore, you ensure high visibility within the organization towards the Management Team and the Board of Directors.

Your daily responsibilities include

The core of this role lies in solving complex challenges without standard solutions. This requires strong analytical skills, creativity, a structured approach, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. Your tasks will be diverse: from developing commercial strategies to supporting pricing, account and sector planning, new business development, and analyzing new customer models. In this way, the Commercial Strategy Manager helps Neways move forward and elevate the company to the next level.
