Component Data Manager
In our state-of-the-art cleanroom in Echt, we design and assemble complex, high-quality cable products for clients in the high-tech sector. As a Component Data Manager, you play a key role in managing our component database, ensuring up-to-date, accurate, and usable data that is crucial for our production processes. Summary
This is how you make impact as a Component Data Manager
As a Component Data Manager, you are the driving force behind our component database. You manage and maintain technical information about our components and ensure the quality of our data. You scrutinize the submitted documentation and information, verifying its accuracy and completeness. Missing something or noticing ambiguities? You proactively retrieve the necessary information to quickly set things straight. Your work directly impacts the continuity and efficiency of our production processes.
Your daily responsibilities include
- Maintaining and improving a high-quality component database.
- Managing, updating, and distributing component information in our systems.
- Reviewing and following up on Product Change Notices (PCNs) from suppliers.
- Continuously improving processes and procedures related to data management.

This is what you bring to the team
- MBO-level education or equivalent work experience.
- Affinity for project-based work and administrative tasks.
- Experience with process optimization and data management is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, and preferably ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
