Summary
This is how you make an impact
As a Recruiter at Neways, you are actively involved in attracting and selecting new colleagues. You support the entire recruitment process, from writing and posting job vacancies to interviewing and guiding candidates. You work closely with Recruitment, HR, and Hiring Managers.
You contribute to a positive candidate experience and gradually develop your skills in sourcing, job marketing, interviewing techniques, stakeholder management, and networking. In addition, you are involved in recruiting production employees, supporting campus recruitment, and matching interns with suitable opportunities within Neways.
You will join a close-knit recruitment team consisting of two Corporate Recruiters and the Global Manager Talent Acquisition, who will support and guide you as you grow into an independent recruitment professional.

This is what you bring to the team
You have a bachelor’s degree (HBO level), preferably in HRM, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, or Hotel Management or equivalent practical experience
Interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and the ambition to grow in this field
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English
A proactive and curious mindset: you take initiative and want to understand how to match the right people with the right roles
Previous experience in recruitment is a plus, for example through internships or part-time jobs
Familiarity with LinkedIn and ATS systems like Recruitee is a bonus, but not required

Your daily responsibilities include

Recruiting and selecting production employees and operational roles;

Writing and posting vacancies focused on production and shop-floor positions;

Actively sourcing and approaching candidates through various recruitment channels, including staffing partners;

Coordinating and collaborating with temporary staffing and secondment agencies;

Scheduling and conducting introductory and selection interviews;

Guiding candidates throughout the application and onboarding process;

Maintaining contact with schools, training institutes, and BBL/internship coordinators;

Building and maintaining talent and intake pools for production roles;

Working closely with production, hiring managers, and HR to ensure smooth workforce planning;

Administrative processing of candidates and contracts in Recruitee and AFAS.
