The work takes place in two shifts:
Working hours: Morning shift 6:00 AM - 2:50 PM, Afternoon shift 2:40 PM - 12:00 AM, and during the afternoon shift on Friday the work is from 2:40 PM to 9:20 PM.

Hard Skills
VMBO/MBO education in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
Ability to read technical drawings and digital work instructions.
Solid soldering skills or willingness to learn.
Ability to read and understand Dutch and English.
Willingness to work in a 2‑shift system.
Soft Skills
Very precise when working with small components.
Good fine motor skills and strong attention to detail.
Analytical and able to solve problems when deviations occur.
Team‑oriented but also capable of working independently.
Strong sense of responsibility for quality and safety.
Eager to learn and open to new techniques and IPC training.
Stress‑resistant and flexible when priorities shift.
Your Daily Responsibilities
In this role, you will work in a modern, clean environment assembling, soldering, and inspecting our products. You follow digital work instructions and use up‑to‑date assembly techniques suited to a high‑tech production setting.
You will be responsible for placing electronic components onto printed circuit boards (“stuffing” PCBs). You do this based on work instructions or technical drawings. You ensure all preparations and pre‑assembly tasks are completed, such as cutting, bending, and trimming components. In addition to assembly and mounting, you also handle part of the quality control by inspecting completed PCBs according to the work instructions. Quality is our top priority.
Your Tasks Also Include:

Manually placing components on printed circuit boards.

Positioning PCBs in soldering fixtures, applying auxiliary tools, and following the correct process settings.

Inspecting and repairing the soldering process according to IPC standards.

Performing soldering tasks and assembling/disassembling PCBs according to work instructions.
