Embedded Linux designer
As an embedded Linux designer, your main responsibility is to create and maintain embedded Linux based board-support packages (BSP) for our custom hardware designs. This can range from designs based on off-the shelf System-on-Modules to completely custom boards based on state-of-the-art CPU-FPGA hybrids involving high-speed data processing.
You will specify and document requirements, design and maintenance of the BSP as well as integration with the hardware. When hardware is not yet fully supported by Linux, this will involve making extensions to the Linux kernel and/or bootloader.
