With almost 160 employees, we produce electronic assemblies, devices, and systems for the automotive, industrial, and metrology sectors at our plant in Saarland.

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning of orders and forecasts in the ERP system (INFOR) based on overall planning

  • Participation in the customer focus team

  • Confirmation of orders and forecasts to end customers and internal customers

  • Function as a central interface between the Neunkirchen site (Operation Company - OC) and internal service providers (Production Company - PC)

  • Examination and evaluation of changes in delivery call-offs

  • Initiation and management of feasibility studies for call-off changes

  • Initiation of suitable measures to reduce risks in case of material and capacity constraints

  • Maintenance and management of master data in the ERP system (Infor), e.g. lead times and minimum order quantities

  • Coordination of schedules for technical changes and end-of-life planning (EOL process)

  • Handover of forecasts to production planning considering material and capacity availabilities

  • Release of customer orders for shipment

  • Close coordination between customers and internal production

  • Coordination and agreement of delivery dates with customers

Our requirements:

  • Completed commercial or technical education, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain / Logistics

  • Experience in production planning or supply chain management is advantageous

  • Proficient in ERP / inventory management systems, ideally INFOR

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Analytical thinking and structured, independent way of working

  • High customer orientation and teamwork

  • Good English language skills in speaking and writing

  • Willingness to travel

  • Confident, friendly demeanor, and strong team spirit
