This is how you make impact as a Senior/ Lead Hardware Designer (m/f/d)
As a Hardware Designer you are an expert in the hardware domain and will contribute to developing and producing electronic solutions for our clients in our Embedded Systems team of problem-solving champions. Collaborate with teammates to oversee the electronics aspect of our cutting-edge projects, acting as a liaison between customers and our department. You will be point of contact for project managers, system architects, domain designers and customers. In this role, you will coach project members in diverse, project-based work. You can think of projects in the fields of Smart Mobility, Semicon solutions, and Connectivity.

- Design, develop, implement, test, and document hardware modules, products or systems
- Timely completion of assigned task adhering to the schedule
- Work according to design methods, procedures, guidelines, instructions and plans
- Keep your hardware design expertise up to date.

This is what you bring to the team
Within this job you will design state-of-the-art-solutions for a great variety of customers in high-tech. To do so, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor or master degree in electronics or similar
- Extensive years of relevant work experience
- Experience in power electronics, electronics to control and convert electric power for applications like E-charger, solar systems and/or motor control;
- Preferred familiarity with UL standards, CE directives, and EMC regulations
- Knowledge of HW tools (Spice, Matlab, Altium, DXdesigner) is preferred;
- Good communication and writing skills in English, and Dutch is an advantage.
