This is how you make impact as a HR Manager

In this dynamic role, you are working in ambitious hi-tech company where you are finding solutions together with customers and working with all levels of employees from operations up to professionals. You report operationally directly to the directors of the operating companies and functionally to the CHRO. You manage HR teams (6 heads) across multiple locations- Echt, Son, Erfurt, but also closely cooperate with other HR colleagues from global HR.  As the HR Manager, you are a business partner skilled at handling works councils in Netherlands and Germany. You are located in Echt, but travelling frequently to other locations.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Formulating the vision, strategy, and execution of the HR policy in co-creation with the business and HR colleagues, aiming to optimize people’s performance and engagement in order to achieve our ambitious business results.
  • Coaching and leading different HR teams within the different locations in order to serve our managers and teams with effective HR practices and efficiently execute HR operations.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous learning and development as a way to continuously improve our performance as a whole.
  • Drive and facilitate change to make Neways management agenda happen; creating a fit organization for the future using analytics to make fact driven decisions where and how to improve & develop.
  • Bring Talent acquisition to next level with our Global Talent Acquisition team, making sure we strengthen our employee value proposition, build our network, source and recruit talent needed to grow our Neways business.
  • Building a performance driven culture, with room to explore Neways and taking care of well-being of teams and leaders with HR practices in an effective Neways Total Reward Framework.

  • Academic working and thinking level- Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology and Business Management
  • Minimum of 10 years of international experience in HR – supplemented with broad business and change management knowledge and experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with solid experience acting as a member of Management Team of multiple operating companies
  • Demonstrated experience in transforming organizations with an effective HR strategy
  • Willingness to travel
  • Energy and drive to realize changes and transition of Neways in a systemic and meaningful way
  • Resilient, flexible and future-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch, German and English are required
