This is how you make impact as a HR Office Manager

As HR Office Manager, you are the business card of the Neways HR Team. You are the spider in the web and point of contact for internal and external contacts because the CHRO and the members of the Leadership Team are often less accessible due to meetings, travelling, etc.

You ensure that everything keeps running smoothly and switch on and off where necessary.

Your tasks include:

1.Organising events for Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and various management meetings, ensuring seamless execution and an inspiring experience for all participants.

2.Managing complex agendas for members of the HR Leadership Team, applying efficiency and prioritization to ensure all appointments run smoothly.

3.Coordinate corporate annual cycle processes including schedules, to ensure all key milestones and deadlines are met.

  1. Manage the HR department’s archive, ensuring an organized and easily accessible system for storing and retrieving documents.

5.Facilitate internal communication within and outside the HR team, ensuring effective exchange of information and promoting a positive collaborative environment.

In this position, you will work at our headquarters in Son, near Eindhoven, and collaborate with CHRO and your colleagues from the Corporate HR Team. Together, we will go for further professionalizing our organisation!

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Agenda management of the CHRO and LT team in making complex appointments and planning and organizing complex meetings
  • Planning and organizing meetings, events, learning programs, campaigns and other types of meetings and projects within the HR activities/
  • Handling birthday greetings, mailings and other communications combined with various office management tasks
  • Corporate communication on behalf of HR, including maintaining our intranet, ‘Neways4U’ and other

This is what you bring to the team

  • HBO working and thinking level and a relevant educational background in the field of hospitality management/office management
  • Affinity with the HR field
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
  • Very good command of the Dutch and English languages. German is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with social media and other digital channels is a strong plus You are super-structured and are a ‘master planner’; you keep the overview and do this in a calm manner
  • You are proactive, think along and are service-oriented You have good communication skills
  • You work accurately, have a good overview and can quickly switch between different activities
  • A team player who goes the extra mile
