This is how you make an impact as Junior / Medior AFAS specialist

As a junior / medior AFAS specialist, you help keep our HR systems running smoothly — with a key focus on AFAS. You make sure issues are handled quickly and accurately through our ticketing system. At the same time, you will support the rollout of new functionalities and learn how to manage other HR systems such as our LMS (Valamis) and ATS (Recruitee). You also like contributing to the implementation of new solutions, such as our AI chatbot or other innovations that strengthen our digital HR landscape.

• Some experience with AFAS HRM (Profit & insite)

• Interest in HR systems and processes

• Strong communicative skills

• A good command of the English language

• Proactive and eager to learn

• Problem-solving mind-set

• Available 32 - 40 hours per week

• Knowledge our other global HR-systems (Recruitee, Valamis, Power BI) is a plus
