As a Manufacturing Engineer, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production processes. You’ll be part of the Engineering department, working closely with Account Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Process Engineers. A multidisciplinary team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are central.

You oversee the industrialization of new, complex cable products, ensuring they can be produced efficiently and flawlessly. During the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, you are responsible for work preparation, translating designs into practical, executable production steps.

You create work instructions (TPDs) and set up cutting, stripping, and crimping machines so that operators can start immediately. Additionally, you are the go-to person for technical support on the production floor. Operators rely on you for questions and challenges, and you provide quick, pragmatic solutions. Thanks to your expertise, production steps become more efficient, leading to a streamlined production process and satisfied international customers in the high-tech industry.

• You have an MBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics;

• Work experience is a plus, for example, as a work planner, CNC miller, maintenance technician, or electrician – but we also welcome candidates without experience!

• You have experience with, or an affinity for, defining production processes and creating work instructions;

• You are familiar with working according to procedures and process flows;

• You work methodically and understand the value of clear procedures and structured workflows;

• You communicate easily and clearly in Dutch and English (German is a plus);

• You areproactive, analytical, and pragmatic– you spot opportunities and turn them into concrete actions.
