Summary
This is how you make impact as a Manufacturing Engineer
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will literally be at the heart of our manufacturing process. You will work in a small, tight-knit team in our clean room, where you will be right at the machines and working hands-on with advanced technologies. Your work has a direct impact on our efficiency and therefore on the success of the entire organization. If you succeed in optimizing and speeding up the production process, you’ll see that instantly reflected in company results. This is a role where you really make an impact!
Your daily responsibilities include
- Making production preparations for the entire process;
- Creating clear and effective work instructions for our operators, based on detailed drawings and specifications.
- Develop and optimize machine programs (SMA) that take our production to the next level;
- Validate and release the production processes;
- Identify improvements aimed at maximizing production efficiency, output and reduced lead times;
- Proactively support colleagues in production.

In this position, you will play an important role in the development and production of advanced, high-quality microsystems. To excel in this, we are looking for someone with the following qualities:
- MBO level 4 diploma in the direction of Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics;
- Strong affinity with production processes and project-based work;
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English, both oral and written;
- A proactive, practical and critical attitude, with sharp analytical thinking skills;
- Full-time availability.
