This is how you make impact as an Office& Event Manager HR

As Office &Event Manager HR, you are the business card of the Neways HR Team. You arrange, organize and support where you can. You make sure that everything keeps running smoothly and switch on where necessary. Your tasks include:

  1. Organizing events for Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and various management meetings, ensuring seamless execution and an inspiring experience for all participants

2. Managing agendas for the HR Leadership Team, efficiently planning and prioritizing so that all appointments run smoothly.

3. Coordinate and plan corporate annual cycle processes so that milestones and deadlines are met.

4. Facilitate internal communication within and outside the HR team, ensuring effective exchange of information and promoting positive collaboration.

In this position, you will work at our headquarters in Son, near Eindhoven, and collaborate with CHRO and your colleagues from the Corporate HR Team. Together we go for further professionalizing our organisation!

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Planning and organizing meetings, events, learning programs, campaigns and various meetings and projects
  • Taking care of attentions, mailings and other communication combined with various office management tasks
  • Agenda management of the CHRO and the HR Leadership Team

This is what you bring to the team

  • HBO level of education and a relevant educational background in hospitality management/office management
  • Affinity with the HR field and feeling for and interest in people
  • At least three to five years of relevant work experience in a similar position
  • Very good command of the Dutch and English languages. German is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with social media and other digital channels is a strong plus You are super-structured and are a ‘master planner’; you keep the overview and do this in a calm manner
  • You are proactive, think along and are service-oriented You have good communication skills
  • You work accurately, have a good overview and can quickly switch between different activities
  • A team player who goes the extra mile
