Additionally, you have:
Degree/Masters in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields.
15–20 years of EMS/high-mix manufacturing experience.
Strong leadership and change-management skills.
Experience in NPI, Lean, warehouse management, and supply chain coordination.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in English.
The Operations Manager has the following responsibilities:
A. Operations & Strategy

Provides input to management on operational strategy and scaling roadmap.

Develops the Operations & Warehouse master plan and ensures execution.

Defines long-term operational strategy and translates it into annual production plans.
-
Prepares and controls department budgets (OPEX/CAPEX).
-
Approves project budgets within guidelines.
-
Contributes to company-wide initiatives as a member of the management team.
B. Production Management
-
Ensures stable daily production performance with minimal downtime.
-
Implements production schedules and aligns manpower and machine capacity.
-
Monitors key manufacturing KPIs (output, scrap, cycle time).
-
Ensures adherence to work instructions, process control standards, and traceability.

Ensures maintenance readiness, machine availability, and escalation of technical issues.
C. Warehouse & Inventory Management
-
Oversees inbound, receiving, storage, material handling, kitting, WIP, and outbound.
-
Ensures inventory accuracy, timely materials issuance, and material flow.
-
Implements warehouse KPIs including cycle count accuracy.
-
Drives improvements via Lean and digital tools.
-
Ensures compliance with ESD, FIFO/FEFO, traceability standards.
D. Supply Chain, Planning & Materials Control

Owns Production Planning, MRP execution, and material availability.

Coordinates with Procurement on shortages and supplier issues.
-
Reviews forecasts and ensures readiness through S&OP-like processes.

Provides visibility on shortages and mitigation plans.
E. Quality Management & Compliance
-
Owns quality KPIs.

Supports ISO audits and customer audits.
-
Leads 8D investigations and drives corrective actions.
F. EHS, Facility & Regulatory Compliance
-
Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and ESD requirements.

Oversees chemical handling and workplace safety programs.
G. Capacity Planning & Scalability
-
Plans machine, manpower, and layout capacity.
-
Conducts scenario planning for growth.
-
Prepares capex requests and monitors equipment utilization.
H. Reporting
-
Prepares operational KPIs and dashboards for weekly/monthly reviews.
I. Continuous Improvement
-
Drives Lean methodologies across production and warehouse.

Leads Kaizen activities and digital transformation.
J. Leadership & Organizational Development
-
Coaches supervisors and operators.
-
Builds performance-driven and agile culture.
