This is how you make impact as an Order Desk Employee

As an Order Desk Employee, you ensure that logistics and commerce come together. As part of our logistics department, you are a crucial link between the customer and our internal organization. You verify customer orders, make agreements with customers, and convert information into actions for colleagues so that they can work well-prepared. Together, we strive for the highest possible delivery reliability and thus, satisfied customers!

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Collaborating effectively and communicating with the customer regarding deliveries and repairs.
  • Proactively following up on agreed-upon deliveries via email and phone with the customer.
  • Intake of customer orders and forecasts.
  • Responsible for logistical KPIs concerning our customers.
  • Daily invoicing.
  • Improving/optimizing existing processes in multidisciplinary project teams.
