As a Project Manager at Neways Cable & Wire Solutions, you will be broadly responsible for initiating and effectively managing ongoing projects. These include projects where we develop and assemble new, complex cable products for our customers in the high-tech industry, as well as internal projects such as implementing a new ERP system.

At the start of these projects, you will assemble a multidisciplinary project team and translate the customer’s requirements into a concrete project plan, aligned with all internal and external stakeholders. Once the project is underway, you will oversee its implementation and ensure its daily progress. In this role, you will report directly to the Managing Director.

This is what you bring to the team

Preferably, you have experience as a Project Manager, Engineer, or in Supply Chain within a manufacturing company. However, we warmly invite starters and junior professionals to apply as well. Naturally, the scope of the role will be adjusted to match your (work) experience. • A completed bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field (HBO level);

• Skills and proven competencies to lead and coach a project team, and successfully manage projects from start to finish;

• An entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and flexible mindset, with perseverance and a strong sense of responsibility;

• A commercial mindset and the ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
