What You Bring to the Team
As a Prototyper, you contribute to groundbreaking technology. This requires experience, insight, creativity, and a passion for hands-on work. Your ability to think creatively and collaborate is invaluable in shaping processes for the seamless integration of prototypes into regular production.
Additionally, you have:
An MBO+ diploma or higher in Electronics or Mechatronics
At least 5 years of work experience in assembly
Ability to read and understand work instructions and wiring lists (in Dutch or English)
Ability to read electrical drawings
Good writing, reading, and speaking skills on technical subjects in both Dutch and English
Your Daily Responsibilities
Your work results in an important and tangible milestone within the production process that brings our sustainable high-tech and healthcare electronics to life. A valuable step that contributes to creating a cleaner and healthier world.
Your tasks include:

Interpreting and creating products based on technical drawings and determining the correct and logical assembly sequence

Determining the appropriate assembly method for New Product Introductions (prototypes)

Collaborating with engineers on various technical issues, such as finding solutions for production problems and making improvement proposals

Supporting and, if needed, training regular production lines with technical knowledge

Performing administrative tasks related to work instruction preparation
