Your expertise in quality will help elevate our organization to the next level. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will develop, implement, and maintain our Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001. You will lead and manage all quality assurance and control functions, making sure our high-tech products consistently meet the highest specifications and standards throughout every stage of production.

Additionally, you have:
A completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a quality management role within an electronics manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and industry-specific standards.
Experience with statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA).
Proficiency in quality tools such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
Familiarity with ERP and quality management software systems is a plus.

Your daily responsibilities include:

Conduct regular audits of production processes, equipment, and suppliers to identify potential areas of improvement.

Analyse quality data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends and root causes of quality issues.

Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and minimize risk of recurrence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve quality-related issues and ensure smooth operations.

Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Collaborate with Environment, Safety & Health Manager to ensure the implementation of safety, regulatory compliance standards and update to the functional QESH management.
