As a Repair Analyst, you play a crucial role within the Circular Service Center in ensuring that returned products are expertly analyzed, repaired, and restored to the highest quality standards. Your work directly influences customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and the continuous improvement of our production processes. You make impact by:

·         Identifying root causes of failures and advising on technical solutions.

·         Ensuring efficient recovery of products through accurate analysis, repair, and documentation.

·         Supporting product upgrades and harvesting processes to maximize product lifecycle value.

·         Providing insights that help improve manufacturability, test methods, and product quality.

·         Acting as a technical expert and supporting colleagues and production teams.

·         The work can take place either in a day shift or in two shifts. (You have the choice to choose which works the best for you)

For two shifts: Working hours: Morning shift 6:00 AM - 2:50 PM, Afternoon shift 2:40 PM - 12:00 AM, and during the afternoon shift on Friday the work is from 2:40 PM to 9:20 PM.

·         MBO+ level education with strong electronics knowledge.

·         Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and manuals.

·         Good command of the English language for forms and communication.

·         Understanding of safety regulations, procedures, and quality standards.

·         Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem‑solving.

·         Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Quality, and colleagues.

·         A proactive attitude toward safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Your daily responsibilities include

Preparation & Intake

·         Review daily planning, progress, material availability, and shortages with the Team Leader.

·         Assess complex customer complaints, repair requests, and upgrade needs.

·         Register complaints and retrieve product history and customer test requirements.

·         Inspect returned items for damage, configuration, and correct article numbers.

Harvesting (Buy‑Back) Activities

·         Receive and assess returned items for damage and configuration.

·         Report findings to Sales and Engineering and determine upgrade possibilities.

·         Provide material needs, routing, and time estimates to the Planner.

Analysis

·         Perform fault analyses (8D, RCA) on complex modules, racks, cabinets, and PCBAs.

·         Consult with Engineering on test adjustments or extensions.

·         Assess warranty eligibility and communicate with Sales.

·         Analyze test results and advise internal teams on manufacturability, costs, materials, and warranty.

Repair

·         Determine work methods based on drawings, manuals, and instructions.

·         Disassemble, repair, and reassemble products using tools such as soldering units, multimeters, crimping tools, and hand tools.

·         Perform or support functional testing after repairs.

·         Transport completed orders to the warehouse and document all activities, materials, and time spent.

Safety & Quality

·         Follow all Health & Safety procedures and report unsafe situations.

·         Maintain a clean and organized workspace, tools, and equipment.
