Repair Analyst
Neways Advanced Applications focuses on the repair, upgrade, harvesting, and re-manufacturing of high-tech products. Due to the growing demand for circular products, we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Repair Analyst.

This is how you make impact as a Repair Analyst
As a Repair Analyst, you play a crucial role in analyzing and repairing customer returns. You quickly identify defects and, thanks to your technical skills, you also repair them yourself. Your daily responsibilities include
- Analyze returned products based on customer complaints.
- Advise on solutions and associated costs.
- Process repair requests and ensure repair work is completed as necessary.
Your tasks will also include:
- Receiving and assessing customer complaints, update requests, requalification, and repair requests through forms.
- Registering customer complaints and requests in the system.
- Analyzing possible causes.
- Determining work methods to carry out repairs based on brief instructions and drawings.
- Developing new work instructions related to updates for the Repair department.

Additionally, we require:
- A completed MBO/HBO education in electrical engineering.
- Experience in reading technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Good communicative and written skills in Dutch and English.
- Full-time availability.
