Here’s how you make an impact
As a Repair Analyst, you play an expert role in product analysis, repair, and process improvement. You are the first point of contact for colleagues when deviations or complex issues arise. You independently perform fault analyses and carry out additional tests in case of abnormal or unclear results. You know better than anyone how a product works—and how it can be improved. This is what you bring to the team
You are communicative, analytical, and practical. You’re a solution-oriented thinker, a technical sparring partner for your team, and you take ownership.
We are looking for:
MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level
Proven experience in electronics (minimum 5 years)
Experience with reading technical drawings and electrical schematics
Good command of English, both written and spoken (Dutch is a plus)
Knowledge of safety regulations, guidelines, procedures, and quality standards
Full-time or part-time availability

Your daily responsibilities include
As a Repair Analyst, you work with complex returned products. You analyze faults based on customer complaints, determine the repair method, and perform repairs yourself when necessary. You also contribute ideas for process improvement and provide input to engineering and other departments.
Your tasks include:

Performing fault analyses (using 8D or Root Cause Analysis, if required) on complex modules, racks, cabinets, and/or PCBAs

Providing advice and recommendations to internal departments regarding costs, manufacturability, material selection, warranty, and time investment based on your analyses and tests

Conducting additional tests when test results deviate

Collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Quality, and Planning

Acting as a technical expert and point of contact for colleagues

Contributing to and thinking along with training plans
