  • Vocational (MBO) level of working and thinking, combined with strong technical insight.

  • Experience in reading technical drawings and manuals.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and an affinity for repair and assembly work.

  • Accuracy, a strong sense of responsibility, and a structured way of working.

  • Good command of the English language for interpreting test forms and communicating in an international environment.

  • Awareness of safety regulations and the discipline to follow them strictly.

  • A proactive attitude: you identify deviations, think along in solutions, and contribute to an optimal workflow.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Discussing planning, progress, and material needs with the Team Leader.

  • Assessing and documenting customer complaints, update requests, and repair inquiries.

  • Performing visual inspections and checking product history and customer requirements.

  • Disassembling cabinets, modules, or simple PCBAs (harvesting) and reporting on recovered parts.

  • Carrying out initial technical assessments, including root cause analysis (RCA) when needed.

  • Reporting required materials, routing, time spent, and configuration details for quotations.

  • Evaluating warranty cases and communicating with internal departments.

  • Performing basic repairs and tests based on instructions and technical drawings.
