This is what you bring to the team

You are a proactive, independent, and precise Senior HR Advisor with approximately 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. You are a true team player with a flexible communication style and a structured way of working. You can provide managers with both solicited and unsolicited feedback and challenge them in a positive way. You maintain an overview and aim to perform your work more efficiently tomorrow than today. You want to understand the business processes so that you truly grasp what is happening on the shop floor and can act as a genuine HR business partner.

Additionally, we require:

• A completed Bachelor education in the direction of Human Resource

Management, Management, Economics & Law, or similar;

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages;

• Availability between 32 and 40 hours per week;

• Solid knowledge of Excel.

Your daily responsibilities include

Our HR team currently consists of eight colleagues. We are an energetic, social, and diverse team where, besides working hard, there is always time for a joke. As a Senior HR Advisor, you are responsible for a wide range of HR activities within the team. From recruitment to absenteeism, from job evaluation to succession planning. Some activities you handle for your own focus areas (Operations, Sales, and Finance), while others you carry out together with the team or with (HR) colleagues from other Neways subsidiaries. Of course, you support employees and managers who come to your office daily seeking your expert advice. In your work, you are supported by HR Officers, Recruiters, and Learning & Development advisors.
