Summary
This is how you make impact as a Senior Supply Chain Engineer
As a Senior Supply Chain Engineer, you excel at analyzing, improving, and ultimately harmonizing the logistical and production-oriented flows within our factory. You play a central role and interact with various departments. Based on your analyses, you take the initiative to translate them into concrete actions and oversee their implementation. You are capable of overseeing the entire production process, from picking in the warehouse to final delivery to the customer.
Your daily responsibilities include
Topics such as delivery performance, demand management, lead time reduction, risk mitigation, flexibility, and workload balancing are part of your daily tasks. You work closely with the Customer Focus Teams, focusing on optimizing the flow of all ongoing work. You ensure that the value chain meets the desired efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, you will be challenged to harmonize and optimize all activities that contribute to the factory flow.
Your Tasks Also Include:
- Assessing the logistical priority of production orders and taking the appropriate measures;
- Improving and further developing the use of the ERP system and related tools;
- Coordinating activities that contribute to an optimal flow in our production;
- Tracking and addressing logistical improvement points by participating in multidisciplinary project teams.

Additionally, We Ask For:
- A completed HBO or university degree, preferably in a logistics field;
- Preferably 10 to 15 years of knowledge and experience in supply chain-related functions;
- Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and experience or affinity with ERP systems;
- Full-time availability.
