Anticipate and resolve constraints by balancing demand, materials, and capacity to prevent disruptions before they impact output. Be the operational link between planning, warehouse, and production teams to ensure fast decisions and consistent execution.

Additionally, you have:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• 7–10 years of experience in production planning or shopfloor planning, preferably in an EMS / electronics manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience supporting production ramp-ups or high-mix manufacturing.
