Additionally, you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic/EMS industry.

  • Strong SMT experience – SMT machine programming, tools and fixture design.

  • Experience working in production environment is a must

  • Eager to learn new skills and willing to put in efforts to be a self-starter

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Lead the daily operation of manufacturing process which including SMT and backend module assembly process. 

  • Identify problems and specific resolutions to fix defective, damaged or malfunctioning parts, assemblies, equipment and systems. 

  • Select manufacturing methods, fabrication and operations to develop and coordinate production. 

  • Use lean manufacturing principles to develop, evaluate and improve mechanical manufacturing methods. 

  • Design tooling for mechanical assemblies of products. 

  • Review products for compliance with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) requirements. 

  • Provide technical support for manufacturing and evaluate and perform first level failure analysis on Production fallouts. 

  • Perform root cause analysis (FishBone,8D, 5WHYS, FMEA) & Control Plan.

  • Monitors day-to-day production activities and make betterment to improve efficiency, yield and quality. 

  • Update Manufacturing Instruction (MI) and Work Instruction (WI) SOP for ECN release.
