Summary
Making an impact
In this role, you will be part of one of our customer teams, working together with your colleagues to optimally serve both internal departments and external customers. When your workday begins, you dive straight into the order package and check which orders are ready for production. Next, you discuss key issues for today with your colleagues in a short meeting. If there are developments that impact an order, it is your responsibility to reschedule and adjust the process accordingly. You inform internal customers in a timely manner about the progress of their orders and manage scheduling and rescheduling based on material availability, capacity, and customer demand. Additionally, you are involved in improvement projects and the optimization of various (logistics) processes.

This is what you bring to the team
A completed HBO or University degree in Logistics, (Technical) Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management, OR at least 2 years of relevant work experience with an HBO-level mindset from a role such as supply chain planner or similar
You are communicatively strong and stand firm
You can quickly switch between different orders and know how to set priorities
Good knowledge and experience with MS Office; ERP experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
Your daily responsibilities include
As a Supply Chain Planner at NAA, every week is dynamic since you play a central role within our organization in meeting the logistics demands of customers in the challenging High-Tech sector.
Your tasks include:

Accepting incoming orders (assessing feasibility in terms of delivery time and quantities)

Coordinating with production on order initiation, monitoring order flow, and making necessary adjustments

Contributing to determining urgent issues in delivery meetings

Scheduling and monitoring changes and prototypes

Aligning production capacity with production teams

Regularly reviewing customer demand (forecast) and analyzing its reliability

Monitoring delivery performance towards our customers

Supporting the implementation and development of logistics concepts

Participating in project teams focused on logistics and prototypes
