Summary
This is how you make impact as a Technician PCBA department
As a Technician in the Printed Circuit Board (PCBA) department, your goal is to support the quality, logistics, technical, and cost (QLTC) requirements. Along with your team, you will play a key role in the production of electronic circuits used by our top clients. You will work on various production lines within the team. In our production process, we apply several LEAN principles to produce as effectively and efficiently as possible. Your knowledge and experience with LEAN manufacturing will help you contribute to the team’s success.
Your daily responsibilities include
- Achieving the agreed-upon KPIs in terms of QLTC.
- Identifying and escalating issues in a timely manner.
- Assigning personnel to the right positions and introducing new (flex) employees within your team.
- Providing input for evaluations and development/improvement plans for (flex) employees in close coordination with the Unit Manager.
- Being part of the Multidisciplinary Improvement Team (MIT) within the department and actively participating in the improvement process within the unit and the team.
- Contributing to efficient and productive collaboration within the Assembly department teams.
- Implementing and adhering to applicable rules, standards, and procedures, such as ESD/6S/IPC/QMS/ISO, etc.

Additionally, we require:
- A bachelor’s degree of education or Technical college Diploma for working and thinking level
- Experience in a technical production environment
- Knowledge of and experience with LEAN manufacturing is a must.
- Experience with the MS Office suite and ERP software.
- Willingness to work occasional or regular shifts if required.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
