In an innovative and growing production environment, you’ll work as a Production Team Leader with your team to achieve production targets. You are a visible presence on the work floor, offering support, making adjustments where necessary, and creating a safe, pleasant work environment where everyone can perform at their best.

With a multidisciplinary team of approximately 25 employees, you contribute to a smooth and efficient production process based on data analysis. You ensure proper onboarding, development discussions, and continuous improvement, enabling both the team and the organization to grow and evolve.

You are naturally enthusiastic and creative in conveying your goals and have a multidisciplinary mindset regarding the overall process. You have a sharp eye for improvements, and with your leadership and communication skills, you inspire your team to excel. Additionally, we require:

• MBO-level education and thinking;

• Several years of experience in a leadership role, such as Team Leader or Supervisor;

• Demonstrable affinity with a production environment and technology;

• Strong communication skills, both for the work floor and management;

• Experience in improving production processes;

• Proficiency in Dutch and English;

• Availability for 32–40 hours per week.
