Together with your multidisciplinary team, consisting of approximately 25 employees, you will be responsible for optimizing internal and external goods flows and inventory management. With your people-oriented approach, leadership, and communication skills, you inspire your team to achieve increasingly better results. Moreover, your focus will be on continuously improving processes, systems, and working methods. You will create a pleasant and safe working environment for yourself, your team, and all other colleagues. In short, you are a truly modern team leader!

You are naturally enthusiastic and creative in conveying your objectives, and you can think across disciplines regarding the entire process. You have strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for improvements. With your leadership and communication skills, you inspire your team to bring out the best in themselves. Additionally, we ask for the following:

• MBO-level education or equivalent work and thinking level;

• Experience with logistical processes in a warehouse;

• Proven experience in a leadership role, such as Team Leader or Supervisor;

• Strong communication skills, both on the shop floor and with management;

• Proficiency in Dutch and English;

• Availability for 32-40 hours per week.
