Your daily responsibilities include
As a Technical Service employee, you will have a broad role with a lot of variety. No two days are the same. You will be involved in checking and resolving malfunctions, maintaining our installations, and inspecting for wear, breakage, and safety according to the maintenance plan. You will provide advice on building management, including recommending investments and the acquisition of new installations. When third parties need to perform work, you will oversee their activities. You will be on call every other week (building-related).
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Locating and consulting drawings and schematics (mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic) of the installation;
- Identifying and repairing faults and replacing parts based on safety instructions;
- Engaging established suppliers for (complex) faults and maintenance tasks;
- Recording completed tasks;
- Requesting quotes for building renovations based on specified requirements;
- Coordinating and discussing quality and planning deviations with suppliers.

Additional Requirements:
- A completed technical education at MBO level, in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field;
- Some years of experience is a plus, but we also encourage applicants without experience to apply;
- Knowledge of installations and an affinity with building-related systems;
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
