This is how you make an Impact

As a Warehouse Employee (expedition), you play a crucial role in ensuring that both our internal production flow and our outbound logistics run smoothly. You work accurately and efficiently so that materials, components, and finished products move through the warehouse without delays. With your sharp eye for detail and proactive mindset, you help maintain the quality, delivery reliability, and cost efficiency of Neways.

This is what we offer you

You will be working within an international organization that offers plenty of room for your personal development. We value personal connection; we focus not only on hard skills but just as much on soft skills. You will work in a modern high‑tech environment with clear processes and a close‑knit team where collaboration and quality come first. In this role, your picking expertise takes center stage, while you also gain variety by supporting multiple warehouse processes, with strong opportunities to grow into a Medior or Senior Warehouse Employee.

You can also count on:

·        A competitive salary aligned with your knowledge and experience.

·        27 vacation days, plus 13 additional ADV days.

·        Pension contributions and travel expense reimbursement.

·        A day shift working environment.

This is what you bring to the team

·        Experience with all round warehouse work or as an expedition employee in a logistics or production environment.

·        Experience with EPT and Heftruck.

·        A logistics education (LBO/MBO) or comparable practical experience.

·        Accuracy, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high focus on quality.

·        Experience with EPT or the willingness to learn.

·        Resilience and a solution‑oriented mindset.

·        Strong communication skills with colleagues and other departments.

Your daily responsibilities include

·        You are responsible for preparing and palletizing orders, loading trucks on time, checking goods and documents, and processing all outgoing shipments.

·        You also receive and unload incoming goods, carry out basic quality checks, and register all materials in the system.

·        In the warehouse you pack and label products, create production documents, perform inventory checks, and keep the workspace organized and safe.

·        Throughout the day you coordinate activities with your team, support 6S and improvement initiatives, and assist other warehouse areas whenever needed.
