Additionally, you have:
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
10–15 years of warehousing experience, preferably in EMS or electronics manufacturing environment.
Minimum 2–3 years in supervisory capacity.
Experience handling electronic components (PCBA, SMT materials, reels, MSD control).
Familiar with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of:
FIFO / FEFO principles
Lot traceability
Cycle count & stock reconciliation
ESD handling requirements
Proficient in MS Excel and warehouse reporting.
Knowledge of ISO and audit requirements is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management
-
Supervise daily activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, kitting, and dispatch.

Ensure timely material issuance to production lines to avoid shortages.
-
Monitor FIFO/FEFO compliance and ensure proper lot traceability.

Oversee handling of ESD-sensitive components and controlled materials.
2. Inventory Control & Accuracy
-
Ensure inventory accuracy target ≥98% (or company-defined KPI).
-
Lead cycle counts, monthly stock take, and variance investigations.
-
Identify and resolve root causes of inventory discrepancies.
-
Monitor slow-moving, excess, and obsolete materials.
3. Compliance & Quality
-
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 (if applicable), or other relevant certifications.

Ensure compliance with 5S, safety regulations, and EHS requirements.

Maintain proper documentation and ERP system discipline.

Support internal and external audits related to warehouse and material management.
4. Team Leadership & Supervision

Supervise warehouse assistants, storekeepers, and material handlers.

Plan manpower allocation to meet operational demands.

Conduct performance monitoring, coaching, and training.

Enforce discipline, attendance, and productivity standards.
5. System & Process Management
-
Ensure accurate and timely transactions in ERP/MRP system.

Drive process improvements in material flow and warehouse layout.

Support digitalization and barcode system improvements.

Participate in new product introduction (NPI) material readiness activities.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with:

Production Planning for material readiness.

Purchasing for incoming material status.

Quality for incoming inspection coordination.

Engineering during NPI builds.

Support urgent shipments and customer escalations when required.
