“As a Repair Analyst, every day brings something new.”

“At Neways, I handle customer returns—everything from repairs and requalifications to troubleshooting. Once the products are fixed or upgraded, we send them back as good as new. Whether it’s analyzing an issue, repairing it, or giving it an upgrade, the customer decides what needs to be done. Many of the items we work on are older and require upgrades—like replacing an outdated TV at home with a newer, more advanced model.

“It’s a job that blends technical work with an administrative side. I write analysis reports but also assemble and disassemble components. Because Neways’ products aren’t standardized, every return is different. Each day brings new challenges and troubleshooting opportunities, and that’s what keeps the work exciting.”

“What I love most about Neways is the teamwork. Everyone manages their own orders, but we always support each other. You can ask for advice, share ideas, or get a second opinion. We’re all working toward the same goal—solving problems together. This job pushes me to think outside the box, especially when it comes to troubleshooting.

I don’t enjoy predictable, step-by-step tasks. At Neways, no two days are alike. Each new issue requires a fresh approach, and I find that endlessly motivating. My decision to move to the Brainport Region was about improving myself and learning new skills. My love for technology brought me to Neways, and I couldn’t be happier.”

“In our family, we’re naturally curious about how things work. My husband is a mechatronic engineer, and even our two-year-old son has his own screwdriver to take things apart and see what’s inside!

At Neways, I get to indulge that same curiosity every day. I’ve grown so much here. Neways has supported me with training in soldering, IPC standards, and more. I started as an assembler and worked my way to the repair department. Now, as a Repair Analyst, I’m focused on mastering my role. In the future, I’d like to take on new projects and gain management experience, but for now, I’m dedicated to excelling in what I do.”
