Paulina Jędryczko - Allround Assembler
“I can be myself at Neways Electronics.”
After four years working in the Netherlands, Paulina Jędryczko has truly found her place at Neways Advanced Applications. Before being a module assembler on PCBAs, Paulina worked on assembling plastic holders for smartphones and baby chairs at other companies. Searching for better opportunities and a fresh start, she discovered Neways—a workplace where, as she puts it, “You’re not a number, but a person.”
“At Neways, I’ve become an all-round assembler. I work on a variety of projects, from PCBAs to assembling large cabinet modules. Those are huge pieces, but I also do very precise work, like soldering under a microscope. I’ve been here for two years now and have learned so much. When I started, I barely had any experience—I’d only done some cable work. But over time, I’ve had lots of training at Neways, and the difference is night and day. I’ll never forget my job interview—I was so nervous that my hands were shaking, which obviously isn’t ideal for assembly work. I tend to get stressed when something really matters. But the day after the interview, I got a call saying they were interested. I started almost immediately, and that felt amazing.”
“I enjoy going to work and have made so many friends here”
“I love the variety in my work, and I even help out the test department sometimes. I’ve become really flexible, and I enjoy that. Yesterday, I assembled a part for a machine that helps remove objects from your eye. It’s meaningful work. At Neways, we create electronics for healthcare—like X-ray machines—and for the automotive sector. Our products are everywhere. This is the best team I’ve worked with so far, and I’m not just saying that because my story is on the company’s website—it’s the truth. Everyone here is helpful, all the time. I’ve made lots of friends, not just within my department. It’s one of the reasons I enjoy going to work every day.”
“Everyone is working together to improve things.”
“If you want to grow, you can. It’s not just about soldering and assembling—you get lots of training here. My knowledge has grown so much since I started two years ago. Right now, I’m focusing on high-skill tasks, which takes a lot of practice. What’s next? We’ll see. At Neways, all doors are open. What I love most is the collaborative spirit. If you have a problem, you can speak directly to an engineer. Everyone is focused on finding solutions and improving how we work, which makes my job easier and less stressful. It’s a comfortable environment where you can grow, but you do need to put in the effort. That’s fair, though.”
“Here, you’re not a number, but a person.”
“What I also love about Neways is that it’s not a huge company. You’re not a number here—you’re a person. There’s a great mix of people from all over the world—Poland, Spain, Italy, Brazil—you name it. We also meet up outside of work. Sometimes we go to a party, grab a drink, or have dinner. Recently, I invited some colleagues to a Polish restaurant, and they loved it. At Neways, I get to do important work, but I also appreciate the good salary—I have to be honest about that. For this interview, they told me I could be myself, and that’s exactly what I’ve done. I truly enjoy working at Neways.”
